Being so close to the city heart, Regency on Spence is very close to Cairns Central for shopping, the Convention Centre and right in the centre of the local restaurant and entertainment districts. You can even walk to the Reef Fleet Terminal for your connection to a day on the Great Barrier Reef.
All apartments are spacious and stylishly furnished. The Master bedrooms feature King Sized Beds, & a walk in ensuite with a large corner spa baths. The second bedrooms have Queen sized beds + a TV, & the third bedooms have two single beds & desk + a TV. The lounge features a large TV with a DVD & VCR. Our large balconies catch the breezes and allow you to entertain and enjoy the tropical atmosphere. The garden apartments have a large patio area which is ideal for families with young children. All apartments at Regency on Spence feature their own private BBQ for those lazy afternoons.
